This course offers specialized training on Good Distribution Practices (GDP) for the food and agricultural sectors, focusing on the safe, hygienic, and traceable distribution of perishable and non-perishable goods. Aligned with Codex Alimentarius, WHO/FAO guidelines, and regulatory standards, the course emphasizes the importance of maintaining product integrity, preventing contamination, and ensuring consumer safety throughout the supply chain. Participants will gain practical knowledge in managing warehouses, refrigerated storage, transport logistics, and supplier verification systems to meet food safety and quality expectations in both domestic and export markets.
