Course description
This training equips participants with the knowledge and practical skills to perform internal audits based on the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard, which governs the competence of testing and calibration laboratories. The course focuses on audit planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up, enabling organizations to evaluate both technical competence and quality system performance. Participants will learn how to conduct risk-based audits, identify nonconformities, ensure impartiality, and support continual improvement.
