Course description
This course is focused on implementing Safer Food, Better Business (SFBB) the official food safety management system developed by the UK Food Standards Agency to help small food businesses meet food safety requirements. The training guides owners, managers, and staff of restaurants, cafés, takeaways, and coffee shops through the step by step implementation of SFBB packs, covering key areas such as cross-contamination, cleaning, chilling, cooking, and food safety management records.
What You’ll Learn
