Course Description

This practitioner course turns ISO 21001 into a clear blueprint for designing, implementing, and improving an Educational Organizations Management System (EOMS). We connect mission and policy to measurable educational objectives, then translate them into processes for curriculum and program design, learner support, and fair, valid assessment. You’ll map stakeholders (learners, staff, families, employers), embed inclusion and accessibility, and align teaching, resources, and services with documented requirements. We cover risk and opportunity thinking, roles and competence, communication, documented information, and supplier/partner controls (e.g., edtech and contractors). Performance evaluation focuses on learning outcomes, satisfaction, complaints/appeals, internal audits, and management review to drive data-informed improvement. Templates include process maps, outcome frameworks, assessment moderation logs, and audit/management-review packs. Suitable for K–12, higher education, training providers, and corporate learning.
