Course Description
This course prepares participants to plan, conduct, report, and follow up on internal audits of a Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 29001:2020, which extends ISO 9001 with sector-specific requirements for the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries. Participants will learn to apply ISO 19011 auditing principles while evaluating conformity, performance, and sector-specific controls related to defect prevention, service reliability, and supply chain risk. Practical tools, checklists, and real-world case examples ensure learners are ready to perform high-impact internal audits.
