TACCP Fundamentals

TACCP Training Course: Threat Assessment and Critical Control Points for Food Defense.

Course description

This training course provides practical and strategic guidance on implementing TACCP (Threat Assessment and Critical Control Points) a proactive, risk-based system designed to identify and mitigate intentional threats to the food supply chain. Unlike HACCP (which targets unintentional hazards), TACCP focuses on malicious contamination, sabotage, food fraud, extortion, and terrorism. Aligned with PAS 96 (Guide to Protecting and Defending Food and Drink from Deliberate Attack) and GFSI food defense requirements, this course equips food businesses to build robust food defense plans that reduce vulnerabilities and enhance supply chain trust.
