This course provides a practical understanding of ISO 44001:2017, the international standard for establishing and maintaining effective collaborative business relationships. Participants will learn how to build trust-based partnerships with suppliers, customers, and strategic stakeholders through structured governance, shared objectives, performance evaluation, and risk-sharing approaches. The training covers the ISO 44001 lifecycle model, including relationship planning, value creation, communication management, and continual improvement. Emphasis is placed on integrating collaboration into organizational strategy to enhance innovation, reduce operational risks, and improve service delivery. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped to implement and sustain a collaborative business relationship management system aligned with ISO 44001 requirements.
