This course equips participants with the knowledge and tools to design, implement, and maintain a Road Traffic Safety (RTS) Management System in accordance with ISO 39001:2012. You’ll learn how to identify road safety risks, set measurable RTS objectives, and apply a data-driven approach to reduce deaths and serious injuries caused by road traffic incidents. The course emphasizes system integration, risk-based thinking, and continual improvement, linking ISO 39001 to related frameworks such as ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety), and ISO 14001 (environmental management).
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
Understand the structure, intent, and key clauses of ISO 39001:2012.
Identify RTS risks, road user behaviours, and external factors influencing traffic safety performance.
Develop and implement a Road Traffic Safety policy aligned with organizational strategy.
Set, monitor, and evaluate RTS objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Manage operational controls for vehicles, drivers, routes, and journeys to prevent accidents.
Conduct RTS performance evaluations, internal audits, and management reviews.
Promote a culture of road safety and continual improvement across the organization.

This course offers practical guidance on implementing ISO 44001, the internationally recognized standard for establishing and managing collaborative business relationships. Participants will learn to build a structured framework to identify, develop, and manage relationships with suppliers, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. The course covers planning, governance, joint value creation, risk management, communication, and exit strategies to ensure sustainable, mutually beneficial collaborations. By the end, trainees will know how to create and maintain a collaborative-working system that enhances trust, performance, resource sharing, and long-term partnerships across diverse organizational contexts.
By the end of the course, you will be able to:
Understand the scope, purpose, and key principles of ISO 44001:2017.
Apply the eight-stage collaborative relationship management lifecycle.
Define roles, governance, and leadership in collaborative partnerships.
Establish processes for partner selection, alignment, and joint objectives.
Identify risks, opportunities, and value drivers in collaborative relationships.
Develop collaborative working agreements, charters, and performance metrics.
Integrate ISO 44001 with other management systems (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 27001).
Foster trust, communication, and joint problem-solving across boundaries.
Prepare documentation and evidence for ISO 44001 certification.
Build an implementation roadmap for sustained relationship-based performance.

A practical, scenario-based course that builds the competence to plan, conduct, report, and follow up internal audits of an Occupational Health & Safety Management System (OHSMS) aligned to ISO 45001:2018, using the ISO 19011 auditing guideline as your roadmap. You’ll practice process- and risk-based auditing, worker participation touchpoints, evidence gathering, and clear reporting that drives corrective action and prevention. (ISO 45001 replaces OHSAS 18001 and places a stronger emphasis on worker participation). You’ll also learn how to structure an audit program and assign competent, independent auditors in accordance with ISO 19011.
